At 72 years young, Willie brings nearly three decades of expertise in the hotel and restaurant industry, having worked in purchasing and receiving at premier establishments like the Four Seasons, Westin, and The Wit Hotel in downtown Chicago.

In recent years, he worked as an Uber driver, a role that connected him to thousands of people and stories. But after significant changes to Uber’s compensation model, Willie began exploring a new path—one rooted in creativity, independence, and personal growth. That exploration led to self-publishing on Amazon KDP, where he now shares thoughtfully crafted low-content books designed to help others organize their lives, express themselves, and stay inspired.

Family remains at the heart of Willie’s work. He’s been happily married for 24 years and has shared 37 wonderful years with his partner. Together, they’ve raised two accomplished children: a daughter who is a registered nurse pursuing her Ph.D. and a son who serves as a Sergeant in the correctional system, working toward a promotion to Lieutenant. With five grandchildren, the family’s legacy of love and commitment continues to flourish.
