At 71 years young, I have spent nearly three decades working in the hotel and restaurant industry. In the last eight years, I’ve been behind the wheel as an Uber driver.
Now, after significant changes in Uber's compensation structure, I’ve ventured into the world of self-publishing through Amazon KDP to supplement my income and reduce my driving hours.
This journey allows me to explore a new passion while working toward transitioning away from my current role. Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’ve been married for 23 years, though my partner and I have shared a life together for 35 wonderful years.
We are the proud parents of two incredible adult children. Our daughter is a registered nurse who’s currently pursuing her Ph.D., while our son is a dedicated Sergeant in the correctional system, working towards becoming a Lieutenant.
